Pros

Crew Carwash was the first job that I have ever had. Yet, I am still here over two years later. This is only because of the amount of benefits Crew Carwash have. - One pro I have from working under Crew Carwash is the amount of skills I have gained and improved from being here. Over these past two years, I have learned how to communicate and speak more adequately, I have learned how to show leadership, and I have learned and improved many other skills. There are so many opportunities to grow here. I believe that Crew Carwash is one of the only jobs that prepares teenagers for the world. I recommend Crew as a first job to everyone. - Another pro that I have from working under Crew Carwash is the amount of strong workplace relationships I was able to gain here. I have made some really close friends working here, and I see my location as more of a second family. - One final pro that I want to add is that I think Crew Carwash really strives to follow their vision and purpose. When some companies get popular, they stop caring about this like that. However, I think Crew Carwash really tries to align with their values.

Cons

Like every job, there are a few cons from working here. However, the cons of Crew Carwash doesn’t make working here a bad job at all. - One personal con of mine is that when you’re new, there is so much to learn. Therefore, it is a bit overwhelming. Crew Carwash in general puts a bit of pressure on everyone as well, so sometimes you can find yourself being a little stressed. - Another con that I have is the weather. When you apply to work at Crew Carwash, of course you know that you have to work outside. However, it does take some time to get use to it, ESPECIALLY the summer/winter so just be prepared. The good thing is that over time it does get better.

Some things I truly enjoy about crew is the growth you’re able to make within the company. I started as a full time associate, now I’m a shift manager looking into going into maintenance. Theres a lot of opportunities here within the company you just need the opportunity.

Cons

Very strict rules and guidelines for nonsensical acts. I don’t want to be nit picky or anything what so ever and i understand that we want to be profitable and hold each other accountable. But one thing I would like to see change in is easing the restrictions along personal promotion when service advising. Does the CFM work and are we profitable, yes but almost all of my associates here at my location feel like robots and it’s undermining how they feel just to be profitable.
