Pros

- Management team at my location is always very supportive, and helpful. - Having team meetings every period. Although they are really early in the morning, I really appreciate being able to communicate to everyone. They also provide a great time to check in with the team. - The company really does try their hardest to uphold their values. - Work shops, I appreciate how much they want their employees to succeed.

Cons

- Not every location has a stable team / management team. I just happened to get really lucky at my location. -Not being able to make friends as a manager. Yes you can hangout with other managers. The main priority is making sure there’s no favoritism. However that just leads to the managers playing favorites with other managers, and letting them get away with things. - I really wish we had a set schedule. I wouldn’t mind if there were criteria’s we had to hit. Like opening 1 day and also closing 1 day out of the week. One way they try to help with that is getting the schedule out early. However then you have to plan things really far in advance. - Know that time off requests are based on seniority. Also that there are restrictions on when you can take PTO and how much at a time.

Cons

Weather changes can be difficult but Crew prepares staff for it, both hit and cold.

Pros

Some things I truly enjoy about crew is the growth you’re able to make within the company. I started as a full time associate, now I’m a shift manager looking into going into maintenance. Theres a lot of opportunities here within the company you just need the opportunity.

Cons

Very strict rules and guidelines for nonsensical acts. I don’t want to be nit picky or anything what so ever and i understand that we want to be profitable and hold each other accountable. But one thing I would like to see change in is easing the restrictions along personal promotion when service advising. Does the CFM work and are we profitable, yes but almost all of my associates here at my location feel like robots and it’s undermining how they feel just to be profitable.
