Pros

From the location level associates to the entire support. Every single person knows what is expected from them, always asking for advice and what else can be done. There is a reason why they can and do truely hire the best.

Cons

No bad cons. It is a very weather dependent business. So some days can be busy and other be a little slower. But on those slow days their is always something to do

Cons

Weather changes can be difficult but Crew prepares staff for it, both hit and cold.

Pros

Some things I truly enjoy about crew is the growth you’re able to make within the company. I started as a full time associate, now I’m a shift manager looking into going into maintenance. Theres a lot of opportunities here within the company you just need the opportunity.

Cons

Very strict rules and guidelines for nonsensical acts. I don’t want to be nit picky or anything what so ever and i understand that we want to be profitable and hold each other accountable. But one thing I would like to see change in is easing the restrictions along personal promotion when service advising. Does the CFM work and are we profitable, yes but almost all of my associates here at my location feel like robots and it’s undermining how they feel just to be profitable.
