Pros

Okay management. Incentive pay. Great associates

Cons

You get one paid 20 minute break or one 30 minute unpaid break during an 8 hour shift which is the bare minimum, if you're a minute late from break they dock your pay. Super strict, gives you counseling over dumb things, not enough pay for this kind of work. Monthly 6am team meetings. Expensive uniforms that you have to pay for from every check. The only extra money they give you is in Amazon gift card with like 25$ on it. Working in the cold not the best. Horrible technology something is always broken. Horrible stuck up snobby ceo Bill Dahm!!

Pros

Great Team and Management, Fun environment, Great support and leadership, Safety is top priority. Managers make you feel important and valued.

Cons

Weather can be brutal, customers can be rude especially in regards to sales and upgrades. The ultimate 360 promotion was not received well and seemed to upset many unlimited customers. At my location several people were cussed out and someone was almost hit my a customer. Sell-to customer also were angry that felt as if the associate in the lanes was lazy due to the being stuck in the unlimited lanes. This isn’t the fault of crew as a whole but it brought out the worst in some people.

Pros

Great Friendly People, you can tell everyone cares even the hires up! They make an effort to connect and remember you! Love the outings we have every year - the company gives back in many ways to their team ! I always mention this to new hires. Flexible Schedules. Always something new to learn never feels like the same job over and over. If you’re willing to learn there’s many different material and people to help!

Cons

Image can be a little bit of a let down, especially with piercings/hair color and things that pop up but for the majority it’s alright! Can be a struggle to keep staffing due to the culture just being so different then other places (which isn’t a bad thing- just can be hard to find people) Just really nit picking items! Overall there’s not really many cons
