Weather can be brutal, customers can be rude especially in regards to sales and upgrades. The ultimate 360 promotion was not received well and seemed to upset many unlimited customers. At my location several people were cussed out and someone was almost hit my a customer. Sell-to customer also were angry that felt as if the associate in the lanes was lazy due to the being stuck in the unlimited lanes. This isn’t the fault of crew as a whole but it brought out the worst in some people.
