      Pros

      They are flexible with a school schedule and allow requests for certain days off if staffing allows it. The pay is more than most would expect and the benefits are second to none. They offer endless amounts of training to not only better yourself but also allow for advancement within the company.

      Cons

      Possibility of having sick days in addition to PTO days would be an added benefit. Also there is a lot of pressure to promote individuals into management and leadership positions even when they aren't exactly what we'd look for to fill those type of positions.

      Thank you for the honest feedback! We try to be very flexible with school, and we realize if we want to hire the best, we have to pay well also. Our training has been recognized by others and we've received awards for the training, so we are glad you appreciate the training you receive. Crew is always looking for areas to improve, and we realize days off to employees is important. We just changed some rules about the black out phase, where you can take 4 days off in a row, with 2 of them being days you already have off the schedule.

      Cons

      Weather changes can be difficult but Crew prepares staff for it, both hit and cold.

      Pros

      There are lots of pros within this amazing company. If I were to list them all I would be creating a book. Crew isn't just a carwash it's a place you can feel like home. It's a place we're you can be treated as family. It's a place where at the end of your shift when you arrive home you aren't stressed. It's a place where you can show what you are made of. It's a place where overall the company helps you achieve your goals and helps you become a better person every day. Crew has done a lot for me within these 9 months I've been with them. If you're looking for a job that treats you fairly and cares about you, I would choose Crew all the time.

      Cons

      Crew doesn't have any cons that I can think of in all honesty. Crew has so many opportunities for those who are within the company that it is just amazing how much Crew is growing every year.
