      -great team of people who are exited about what they do every day -working for a company that has a strong reputation in the Indy area -supervisors and managers really listen and care about your concerns and career goals -great training programs and courses -CEO, VP, and Owner of the company are very readily accessible if you ever need them and they truly care about their employees work-life balance -provided with 4-8 free carwashes a month -promote from within for supervisor and management positions

      Cons

      -since it is in the retail and customer service space, everyday you will get yelled at by customers; you will need a thick skin to get through every day and to interact with angry customers

      Cons

      Weather changes can be difficult but Crew prepares staff for it, both hit and cold.

      Pros

      There are lots of pros within this amazing company. If I were to list them all I would be creating a book. Crew isn't just a carwash it's a place you can feel like home. It's a place we're you can be treated as family. It's a place where at the end of your shift when you arrive home you aren't stressed. It's a place where you can show what you are made of. It's a place where overall the company helps you achieve your goals and helps you become a better person every day. Crew has done a lot for me within these 9 months I've been with them. If you're looking for a job that treats you fairly and cares about you, I would choose Crew all the time.

      Cons

      Crew doesn't have any cons that I can think of in all honesty. Crew has so many opportunities for those who are within the company that it is just amazing how much Crew is growing every year.
