Pros

-great coworkers -occasional bonuses in the form of amazon gift cards are nice -weather really is not that bad, I got used to it quickly -tuition reimbursement program

Cons

-raises are rare without promotion to management -monthly (or sometimes twice a month) team meetings at 6am -you’ll be constantly pushed to bring in more big sales -gets really stressful on busy day and managers will “forget” to send you home at your scheduled time -always crazy understaffed or overstaffed.. no medium

Pros

There are lots of pros within this amazing company. If I were to list them all I would be creating a book. Crew isn't just a carwash it's a place you can feel like home. It's a place we're you can be treated as family. It's a place where at the end of your shift when you arrive home you aren't stressed. It's a place where you can show what you are made of. It's a place where overall the company helps you achieve your goals and helps you become a better person every day. Crew has done a lot for me within these 9 months I've been with them. If you're looking for a job that treats you fairly and cares about you, I would choose Crew all the time.

Cons

Crew doesn't have any cons that I can think of in all honesty. Crew has so many opportunities for those who are within the company that it is just amazing how much Crew is growing every year.
