      Pros

      I had worked in fundraising for 3 years before working at Crew and took a Full-Time position to earn a little extra money. Crew has met my needs from a professional and a personal standpoint. This company has shown that my passions of talking to customers face to face, working with my hands and solving problems, can be met.

      Cons

      It is the nature of this business that a lot of people (high school and college students) leave, because they are trying to earn a little cash. Our part-time and even full-time associate jobs aren't a forever thing which creates turnover. Even though this is a con to the business, I would also say that Crew has a great hiring process in place to hire the best to give our customers the best service possible.

      Cons

      Weather changes can be difficult but Crew prepares staff for it, both hit and cold.

      Pros

      There are lots of pros within this amazing company. If I were to list them all I would be creating a book. Crew isn't just a carwash it's a place you can feel like home. It's a place we're you can be treated as family. It's a place where at the end of your shift when you arrive home you aren't stressed. It's a place where you can show what you are made of. It's a place where overall the company helps you achieve your goals and helps you become a better person every day. Crew has done a lot for me within these 9 months I've been with them. If you're looking for a job that treats you fairly and cares about you, I would choose Crew all the time.

      Cons

      Crew doesn't have any cons that I can think of in all honesty. Crew has so many opportunities for those who are within the company that it is just amazing how much Crew is growing every year.
