Pros

- Crew's hiring process is one of the best I've seen from any business I have worked for. Manager's are trained extensively and no matter what location you work at or visit, you always know you will be working with awesome people who were the best candidates for the job! - Advancement is not only available but encouraged. I started as a Part-Time employee and was trained into Management within a year of service. I was guided and helped in any way I needed throughout my training and encouraged to reach my full potential with the company. - The work atmosphere is straight up FUN! There is never a dull day at Crew, and I always look forward to coming in to work every day!

Cons

- The weather can sometimes be crazy, staying open during very rainy, extreme hot or cold days can become a little taxing. - Lots of promotions. Some customers do not appreciate the feeling of "being sold too" even if the promotions save them money; the same type of promotions over long periods of time can become monotonous to the customer.

Our manager training process is extensive to ensure our managers are prepared, and they don't feel they are thrown to the wolves. we want you to succeed, and this is a way to verify that this happens. If you are willing to learn and grow, opportunities are available here at Crew! The weather will be tough at times, but our customers are outside, and we need to be out there with them. You also will recommended current promotions to customers. We are glad that you feel your voice is being heard out at the locations from upper management. You are the one working at the site and see things that could improve. Keep up the great work!

There are lots of pros within this amazing company. If I were to list them all I would be creating a book. Crew isn't just a carwash it's a place you can feel like home. It's a place we're you can be treated as family. It's a place where at the end of your shift when you arrive home you aren't stressed. It's a place where you can show what you are made of. It's a place where overall the company helps you achieve your goals and helps you become a better person every day. Crew has done a lot for me within these 9 months I've been with them. If you're looking for a job that treats you fairly and cares about you, I would choose Crew all the time.

Cons

Crew doesn't have any cons that I can think of in all honesty. Crew has so many opportunities for those who are within the company that it is just amazing how much Crew is growing every year.
