      Looks Great Until You Get Deeper - Team Leader Crew Carwash Employee Review

      Pros

      Good pay and good benefits. Crew is generally full of people who love their job and make coming to work very fun.

      Cons

      Working out in the elements, as Crew does not close when it is snowing/raining/cold/hot. My main issue with them is they fired me without even telling me why. I woke up to a notification of an exit survey being presented. Here's a direct quote, keep in mind that I did not quit, I was apparently fired for no reason... "We're sorry to hear that you are leaving Crew. Thank you for taking the time to complete our brief 60 second exit survey." Honestly I was so shocked, but as I think about it, the owner and CEO Bill Dahm only cares about the money he makes and his own personal image. For the Indy locations, he often visits and just sits in his car and stalks different employees waiting for them to mess up and he will call the store and yell at the managers for it. Most Crew support staff do not care about the employees or even the customers that get damaged vehicles as a result of the wash.

      Pros

      *Hands on management role *Ability to work with & inspire young workers *Small company/family business feel *Upper leadership connection and feeling of value *Teams are flexible and supportive with scheduling requests *Management team works to support work-life balance

      Cons

      Weather changes can be difficult but Crew prepares staff for it, both hit and cold.

      Pros

      There are lots of pros within this amazing company. If I were to list them all I would be creating a book. Crew isn't just a carwash it's a place you can feel like home. It's a place we're you can be treated as family. It's a place where at the end of your shift when you arrive home you aren't stressed. It's a place where you can show what you are made of. It's a place where overall the company helps you achieve your goals and helps you become a better person every day. Crew has done a lot for me within these 9 months I've been with them. If you're looking for a job that treats you fairly and cares about you, I would choose Crew all the time.

      Cons

      Crew doesn't have any cons that I can think of in all honesty. Crew has so many opportunities for those who are within the company that it is just amazing how much Crew is growing every year.
