Pros
It’s not often that you find a small, family owned business that cares so deeply about every individual employee that gets hired. Not only does Crew pick amazing people to hire, but they retain their ‘A Players’ by being such a great company full of great people. Everything feels so local about Crew, even as just a sales associate you can reach out to the CEO, COO, etc. and get a genuine response the same day. Crew constantly offers friendly contests, games, company events, workshops and classes, and so many more opportunities for every employee that allows you to really get to know the whole Crew family. I have worked at several different locations in my time at Crew, and ever single one of them have had amazing leaders and a super fun environment to be in. Crew has outstanding communication with employees, no one is ever left in the dark without an idea of what the most current company update is. Overall, Crew is a once in a lifetime business that truly cares so much about their associates and managers. I feel proud to say this out of my own experience and my own willingness!
Cons
The only downside is working outside, and it’s not even that bad! Of course, the hottest days of the year and the coldest days can be challenging, but they give us excellent uniform options that keep us surprisingly warm!
