Pros

- You will feel like you have a second family, the people I have met here have become lifelong friends and I wouldn't change that experience for the whole world - If you want to be independent and learn a whole lot, this is the place for you as a manager, there is a lot that lands on your shoulders and I have always been given the ability to make decisions. - The ability to advance is amazing, they really want you to move up and if you have a good management team they will 100% support you the entire way.

Cons

- They have a blackout period for PTO as a manager. Forget about going to see family for Christmas or taking a vacation over a weekend during our busy season, because it's not allowed. - No sick days, you have to use your own PTO for that, limited as it might be. And if your location is understaffed? Forget about taking PTO at all. - Expectations are extremely high for assistants and above, for very little pay. Moving from shift manager to assistant manager you don't even make 2 dollars more but you expected to know so much more and train like crazy to achieve that next level. It's almost insulting how little they pay you. They offer overtime for this position but I was already working overtime as a shift manager because of staffing so does it really make a difference? Not really, it just means that I don't spend any time with my friends or family outside of work.

We always want to see all employees grow to their fullest potential at Crew. Recently, we have updated our PTO Blackout policy to help reduce the amount of blackout time. We also have made staffing a big focus and are seeing improvements in Team Member and Management staffing. Again, thank you for the feedback.

Weather changes can be difficult but Crew prepares staff for it, both hit and cold.

Pros

There are lots of pros within this amazing company. If I were to list them all I would be creating a book. Crew isn't just a carwash it's a place you can feel like home. It's a place we're you can be treated as family. It's a place where at the end of your shift when you arrive home you aren't stressed. It's a place where you can show what you are made of. It's a place where overall the company helps you achieve your goals and helps you become a better person every day. Crew has done a lot for me within these 9 months I've been with them. If you're looking for a job that treats you fairly and cares about you, I would choose Crew all the time.

Cons

Crew doesn't have any cons that I can think of in all honesty. Crew has so many opportunities for those who are within the company that it is just amazing how much Crew is growing every year.
