Pros

The best thing about working with Crew Car Wash is the people. Everybody I have met who works for Crew Car Wash has been an honest, thoughtful, compassionate, knowledgeable, and supportive. Crew Car Wash is more like a family to me than a job. I have only been with Crew Car Wash for just under a year and already I consider them family. I entered Crew Car Wash after working for the state of Indiana for 10 years. They welcomed me with open arms and provided me the proper support and training to promote after only being here for six months. The opportunities to advance with Crew Car Wash are plentiful and encouraged. Crew Car Wash also offers competitive pay. The responsibilities at Crew can be demanding however fair monetary compensation and 24 hours support is available when needed. I have never felt more cared for, supported or valued prior to my experience working with Crew Car Wash. Crew Car Wash offers the best of the best in terms of vehicle cleaning as well as the best of the best in terms of employment and opportunity.

Cons

I am struggling to think of cons or negative aspects regarding my time working with Crew Car Wash. I suppose the amount of responsibility and number of tasks to be completed in a day, could be considered a con by some people, as this can become overwhelming at times . The way that I look at it is not as a negative but as a positive. This is because of the reason behind it. The reason Crew Car Wash requires consistent effort and dedication to the job is to provide the customer with the best possible product and customer experience.

Cons

Weather changes can be difficult but Crew prepares staff for it, both hit and cold.

Pros

There are lots of pros within this amazing company. If I were to list them all I would be creating a book. Crew isn't just a carwash it's a place you can feel like home. It's a place we're you can be treated as family. It's a place where at the end of your shift when you arrive home you aren't stressed. It's a place where you can show what you are made of. It's a place where overall the company helps you achieve your goals and helps you become a better person every day. Crew has done a lot for me within these 9 months I've been with them. If you're looking for a job that treats you fairly and cares about you, I would choose Crew all the time.

Cons

Crew doesn't have any cons that I can think of in all honesty. Crew has so many opportunities for those who are within the company that it is just amazing how much Crew is growing every year.
