Pros

Working at Crew Carwash for over 4 years can be described with a few words - Fun and Rewarding! I enjoy working with my coworkers and giving every customer a great experience. There are customers with clean cars and they’re washing it just to talk and connect with us. That type of relationship you build with your customers and team members gives me a sense of purpose and meaning. There is daily incentive, monthly contests and rewards, so I’m always encouraged to achieve my goals. Completing tasks and maintenance items is very rewarding and helps me grow by learning new skills that I can use in my everyday life. Also, there is much growth if you want to move up in the leadership ladder. They are great at giving you goals to work towards while training and teaching you to achieve those goals. As you climb the ladder, the compensation is rewarding as well. Overall, Crew Carwash is a great company to work for because it’s like a family that supports, rewards, and encourages you to be successful.

Cons

Working in the harsh environment can be difficult when it’s extremely cold or hot, but your managers and team members are great at making sure everyone is comfortable, safe, and rotated between standing inside to warm up or cool down.

Weather changes can be difficult but Crew prepares staff for it, both hit and cold.

Pros

There are lots of pros within this amazing company. If I were to list them all I would be creating a book. Crew isn't just a carwash it's a place you can feel like home. It's a place we're you can be treated as family. It's a place where at the end of your shift when you arrive home you aren't stressed. It's a place where you can show what you are made of. It's a place where overall the company helps you achieve your goals and helps you become a better person every day. Crew has done a lot for me within these 9 months I've been with them. If you're looking for a job that treats you fairly and cares about you, I would choose Crew all the time.

Cons

Crew doesn't have any cons that I can think of in all honesty. Crew has so many opportunities for those who are within the company that it is just amazing how much Crew is growing every year.
