I have been here at Crew for just a little over a year, and hopefully more years to come. I started as a part time associate and then fully switched over to full time in just a couple months. I learned more and more about Crew and learned about the true value here. I later became associate of the year and then realized i truly loved it here which made me want to keep growing here. Earlier this month i became a shift manager, after weeks of training and learning much more about the company. I've gained plenty of knowledge on how to work together as a whole team to knowing how to run a team. Crew has allowed me to become more of myself and helping me grow as a person. If you are someone who is eager to train and learn, this company is the way to go. Crew is one of those companies that notices your hard work and effort and gives you the feedback you need. Crew wants us to grow as a team and knows how to do it the correct way. This company is one of those that 100% puts their customers first and always will. Crew ensures that we are fully trained in order to give the customers what they want and deserve. Crew is one of those that focuses on customers concerns and needs and works from there. There is room for improvement everyday and on anything. We love reviews because those are what allows us to grow as a team. Crew is rated very highly on glass-door because there are always there for our customers and us as a team.
