      Pros

      - People, the people make Crew what it is, you will not find better coworkers anywhere else, which is why I’ve been here for over 3 years. - Flexible Scheduling, I was able to move into a Part Time Management position while attending college full time - Great Benefits, even as a part time employee you get a few awesome benefits from the company, including tuition reimbursement for students - Training / Growth, there is always room for advancement at Crew. If you have a goal to move up within the company you will be supported by your leaders and they will help you reach your goals, which tends to come with an increase in compensation - Fun Environment, I can confidently say that I look forward to going into work each day knowing I have a great team waiting for me once I arrive

      Cons

      - Unique Tasks, you will become a jack of all trades working at Crew. It is not uncommon to learn about plumbing, electricity, pneumatics, landscaping, etc. - Long Days, every week you can expect to have early mornings and late nights - Stressful Situations, we are working with customers who are bringing their second largest investment to our facility, their vehicles. If we do not meet their expectations it is not uncommon for the customers to be upset or concerned with the wash - High Expectations, Crew does expect a lot from all of their employees so you must be willing to do whatever it takes to reach those expectations

      Cons

      Weather changes can be difficult but Crew prepares staff for it, both hit and cold.

      Pros

      There are lots of pros within this amazing company. If I were to list them all I would be creating a book. Crew isn't just a carwash it's a place you can feel like home. It's a place we're you can be treated as family. It's a place where at the end of your shift when you arrive home you aren't stressed. It's a place where you can show what you are made of. It's a place where overall the company helps you achieve your goals and helps you become a better person every day. Crew has done a lot for me within these 9 months I've been with them. If you're looking for a job that treats you fairly and cares about you, I would choose Crew all the time.

      Cons

      Crew doesn't have any cons that I can think of in all honesty. Crew has so many opportunities for those who are within the company that it is just amazing how much Crew is growing every year.
