Pros
There are so many pros to working for Crew! Starting with the benefits. If it wasn’t for the tuition reimbursement or partnership with IvyTech, I wouldn’t be able to go back to college to achieve my degree! The payroll team, especially, is the biggest pro to working for Crew! They are on time, rarely make mistakes (or take accountability and quickly fix those mistakes), are always available to answer any questions or lend a helping hand! Another pro is the connections you make along the way. During my four years at the company, I have made lifelong friendships! The team members at Crew are the most supportive, helpful, kind, and caring people I have ever met at a job! And lastly, what is probably the biggest pro to being a manager at Crew is the life skills you develop. I had no knowledge/training of maintenance or any mechanical background before I started. But the management track is designed to develop not only those skills, but the confidence to take on new challenges that may arise!
Cons
The biggest con is the weather. You really are out there in every single extreme. Eventually you get used to it to a certain degree, but the tan lines are lifelong!
