      Pros

      -The environment and team your gonna be around is amazing, crew puts a lot of effort into the hiring process so you're always gonna be around people who are similar to you! -There is a big opportunity to growth if you work for it, I started as a part time associate in 2024 and I'm now fully certified shift manager a year later. -The base starting pay for associates and managers is pretty high. -There is plenty of ways to make extra incentive and extra gift cards. -Team events are amazing. Crew does a great job at promoting outings so you can be with your team outside of work after a good sale ends. -Pay raises are very consistent every 6 months they have appraisals to see how you are doing overall. -They do have a tuition reimbursement program for college students! -You develop a lot of life skills working at crew especially as a manager, working at crew improved my confidence and made me more personable outside of work as well, and there is a ton of hands on work you will get to do. -Hours are very flexible, and I can request days off in advance. Full time workers and managers get paid time off. -TLDR. I really do like working at crew car wash and it has taught me a lot. I just wish it wasn't so performance and script oriented, I want people to have a good personable interaction and leave with a shiny car.

      Cons

      -Crew will hold you to a really high standard, sometimes it can be a lot. (Clean uniform, Trimmed beard/Clean shaven, Limited piercings.) -Mystery Shoppers And Performance driven. People will come in and grade your performance at random which can be rewarding or detrimental, if your having a good day but have a high volume of customers and slip on one that happens to be a mystery shopper it can effect you negatively even if your doing really well for the day/year in sales. -The biggest thing you will have to deal with at crew is the changing weather. Rain, Snow, Heat, Cold, you name it you're out there making sure customers get the best quality and experience! -It's a very unique environment around a lot of chemicals and cars it can be very stressful when stuff doesn't go your way. (Crew has a great emphasis on safety though)

      Cons

      Weather changes can be difficult but Crew prepares staff for it, both hit and cold.

      Pros

      Some things I truly enjoy about crew is the growth you’re able to make within the company. I started as a full time associate, now I’m a shift manager looking into going into maintenance. Theres a lot of opportunities here within the company you just need the opportunity.

      Cons

      Very strict rules and guidelines for nonsensical acts. I don’t want to be nit picky or anything what so ever and i understand that we want to be profitable and hold each other accountable. But one thing I would like to see change in is easing the restrictions along personal promotion when service advising. Does the CFM work and are we profitable, yes but almost all of my associates here at my location feel like robots and it’s undermining how they feel just to be profitable.
