very flexible workplace with minimal interference from management but always very approachable , transparent and honest

The only pro is the pay wasn't bad but you could not pay me enough to be harassed and mistreated by the owners as I and co-workers were.

Please don't work for this company. They try to sell you on a working, functioning HRIS platform but it is far from ready for implementation which leaves customers and partners constantly complaining. They also sell you on their amazing Russian developers but every enhancement or simple fix that was requested was met with confusion. The language barrier and the developers lack of hr knowledge was abismal. And last but not least is the way you are treated as an employee. They monitor you every second of your working day and the ceo's wife is constantly screaming at and scolding the employees.
