- The company had came a long way and it is a good work-life balance company - System of governance is not strong so it is still easy to work.
Cons
- The company is slow to adapt to new systems for the business. - We are still applying leaves by writing hardcopy leave forms - Moves slowly - Some new ideas to revamp business but seems like it is only hot air. No concrete actions.
