Relaxed atmosphere, management wears nice masks

They are very very resistant to any type of change to the point that it is pointless to suggest something be done more efficiently. Department manager is too inexperienced and needs more training on managing conflict. Upper management not only never spoke to me to introduce themselves, they continually ignored me when they would come to the department. The most seniority in the bakery department, aside from the token longtimer, is maybe 8-9 months.
