Pros
It kept a roof over my head and food in my stomach. Some of the employees are great people I really enjoyed working with. Company is committed to remote work (I literally was at HQ once when I started this role and never again) which is refreshing in our current era where companies are insisting on everyone being fully on site.
Cons
Workloads were often insane, with goals that are nearly impossible to hit. The benefits are not very good, health insurance is passable but they will not match a dime to your 401k. PTO is strictly one pool and not a ton of hours, no separate sick days. Minimal advancement potential. Even if you do climb up, expect to see numerous coworkers laid off and their workload dumped onto you - all without a pay raise, or maybe if you're lucky a meager 10 cent raise.
