Pros
Great pay. Nice salaries. Employees that are not in management work well as a united team. Flexible with working hours.
Cons
Good ole boy management hierarchy. Unrealistic expectations. Managers cut corners to save money for personal bonuses. Out of touch with reality on how to run a hospital. They expect you to do the PM's, service calls, and attend meetings ALL without any assistance from manufacturers when major equipment goes down knowing you were never trained to work on it but expect you to fix it. God forbid if you're forced to call in the manufacture. Some managers in the organization don't care about servicing the hospital, they only care about the money their spending opposed to trusting the technicians decisions in providing excellent healthcare service.
