Pros
Crothall HTS is great on developing talent and promoting within the company. I personally have held 4 levels of management and my peers have held the same. Crothall HTS always asks for internal advancements before looking outside the company. We have several development programs to encourage growth.
Cons
Unfortunately in our industry to move up you have to relocate in most cases. This is not a Crothall issue but an industry issue.
