Suck up to your director - Operations Manager EVS Crothall Healthcare Employee Review

God forbid you have an opinion in this company. I worked with 2 managers that would throw anyone under the bus and pass the buck if they were recognized. For some reason if you suck up to the director then you are ok. I witnessed first hand a manager who was sick and sent home by the hospital get written up because they said it was poor work performance and another manager leave because they were tired with nothing said. Best advice would be to leave everything you have at home including your spine, pride, and voice and you might succeed.
