Quality has gone down due to the increase of cutting staff in order to increase the profit margin for Compass-mother company of Crothall. Very unethical business practices . It really comes down to the bottom line and employees come last. It's just another contracter that makes a bunch of promises and the truth all contractors never follow through with what they promise. I can no longer support this company as it has lost it's integrity, value and the management members they hire are so horrible and unprofessional.
