Pros
I like the people that I am working with, my team members are dedicated we work well together. Our department manager is a joy to work with and to work for. She recognizes talented people and helps as many people as she can.
Cons
The pay could be higher, our management could go to their bosses or person(s) responsible for pay increases and ask that the employees who are dedicated and loyal who go above and beyond to receive merit raises. I think that employees who are qualified for salary increases should receive more than a 2% salary increase.
