Pros
Great company, wish I did not make the mistake of thinking the grass is greener on the other side. Should have never have left. If you stay with the company and do what your suppose to and pay your dues. Great rewards await you. Can't say enough about the company but you have to be willing to move a bit to truly advance. Be smart and focus on your responsibilities and do what's right by the customer and you will have a great career and life.
Cons
Some hard hours and shifts but it's just time, you will get to were you want if you pay your dues
