Pros
Good pay, good benefits, and great upper leadership. I've grown upwards throughout the company by being reliable and consistent. If you put in the work, there is tons of growth opportunities.
Cons
Just like all other companies, each account has its own pros and cons. Some environments can be worse than others and I encourage people to try different environments if one doesn't work for you.
