starting salary is definitely low for the amount of responsibilities required of the managers. the workload placed on the operation managers is overwhelming (at times), resulting is a very high stress level environment. the required paperwork (by corporate-submitted monthly) is simply not achievable with the amount of other tasks placed on managers-as a result, managers "fake/fudge" their paperwork. the work/life balance is not very good (min. 50 work weeks), despite what corporate preaches. required work on the holidays.
