Job is a scam ur working at Penn university hospital and with union employees as a supervisor you can’t write staff up ur doing all the duties a manager doing for little pay the AD on second shift is super lazy and doesn’t support management at all no room for growth if you work for this company you have no life this place has so much culture the associates run the the department with calling out everyday and disrespecting management . Please if you are looking for a good job this job isn’t it.
