Poor management - Housekeeper Crothall Healthcare Employee Review

Management doesn’t care. The Assistant director and the night manger spend their night shift in the office playing video games. The day shift managers sit in the office all day and talk about the employees and say they hope employees put in their 2 weeks. They rather make employees work themselves to death instead of helping out. Management picks and chooses what policies they want to enforce depending on what employee is standing in front of them. Employee that has cause several issues with other employees and hospital staff management says they don’t care because the problem employee will do jobs that nobody else will do, even tho they don’t ask anyone else. Turn over is horrible because of the management team. And lastly they do offer benefits but the dental benefits are horrible because this area it’s hard to find a provider that’s in network.
