Pros
I actually worked at Crothall in 2015. I'm not sure why GlassDoor only goes back for or five years. Flexible Hours, Limited Management Interaction, work was physical, but not taxing.
Cons
I can't think of anything specific during the time I worked at Crothall. I was only a part-time, night shift custodian for a small PT office. The work was physically challenging, but overall I didn't encounter any serious issues. I used the position to supplement my income at the time, because I had to take care of a sick parent.
