Cons
Health care especially hospital's struggle to provide excellent care because of the recent implementation of the electronic health record. ALL organizations are struggling and Crouse is no different. The government had penalty programs for quality that are not based on evidence. Many more hospitals will close leaving gaps in care for vast communities.
