Health insurance plan is very good.
Cons
Pay is uncompetitive with other RNs in surrounding areas. When management proposes an essential pay increase for RNs, non-RNs vote it down in this union environment. The union structure is resulting in RNs leaving for higher pay. Soon there will be no Hospital because there will be no RNs.
