Pros

LOTS of overtime!!!, working as much as you want. 6-dollar nightshift differential made my base pay go up to 23 an hour. can work 50-60 hours a week, paychecks where huge but you got to really work for them.

Cons

Short staffed every night, patient to tech and nurse ratio is very unsafe. Lazy nursing assistants. Floated a lot to other units.
