      Nothing I can think of. Maybe one of it could be mostly all are systemised

      Cons

      Really no work life balance at all. Manager expected you to do work until late at night. Quite racist here

      Pros

      I have yet to meet a person that wasn't super sharp, wonderful, helpful and kind. Best large company I have EVER worked for.

      Cons

      I wish I could transition to full time, not really a 'con'.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
