      Maternity leave, wfh, and decent time off depending on the team.

      Cons

      Lots of changes, about to be sold to PE. Time off reduced. They never want to give you a raise or a bonus even while meeting the metrics.

      Pros

      I have yet to meet a person that wasn't super sharp, wonderful, helpful and kind. Best large company I have EVER worked for.

      Cons

      I wish I could transition to full time, not really a 'con'.
