-Work flexibility (work from home policy, etc) -Very competitive salary (compared to other firms or Big 4 firms) -Career coaches to aide you throughout your career with Crowe -Opportunities for travel or placement in different service lines at Crowe -Company emphasizes team work, so there's always someone to ask for help -Bonuses for CPA completion, payment of some CPA materials and expenses -Great co-workers! I think Crowe is a great company to work for! The points above are the ones that stand out to me the most, but there are many other benefits.

-Work on numerous clients simultaneously (this can sometimes become overwhelming) -No permanent desks for lower-level employees
