Pros
I have been with the company for a few months and honestly I couldn't be happier with a job. The work life balance, with being able to work from home most days, is exceptional! My team is a phenomenal group of professionals. I have felt welcomed from Day 1, and I love the diversity of the people. We are encouraged and supported to help in our career growth. In addition, they take feedback and make constant improvements to our work team and daily work in the Agile front.
Cons
I honestly cannot think of any cons at this point. As far as work goes, I don't count down the days until my next vacation day and I honestly love the projects I work on.
