Pros
Health insurance, retirement, diversity initiatives, and leadership development are all very strong.
Cons
Tech people are not empowered to do what is best for clients if it conflicts with what is fastest or what the non-technical engagement manager wants to do. Technical senior leadership is completely outnumbered by non-technical leadership. Overwhelmingly. Makes tech voices hard to hear.
