Pros
Great coworkers, generally solid amount of time off, flexibility to work remotely.
Cons
Pay raises are quite small, the yearly bonus program was converted to a spot bonus program that took over a year to implement with poor communication from management. Generally, the expectations are pretty high for a non-Big 4 firm. It seems like they're flirting with Big 4 culture without the requisite pay.
