      Culture. Partners that care about staff and respect non-revenue producing functions. Flexibility to work remote. Professional/high performing teammates. Exposure to numerous career enhancing challenges.

      Cons

      Does not have the name recognition of Big 4. Average compensation. Everything else is great.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
