      Almost every person at the firm would agree that the culture, people, and holidays are well above average. I have never been expected to work more than 50-55 hours in a week.

      Deep industry specialization can put you into a very niche expertise, so it may be difficult to find other jobs in the same field.

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
