      Pros

      I loved working at Crowe. They offered opportunities to develop new skills, while offering great benefits and work life balance.

      Cons

      Unfortunately Crowe began laying people off in various departments starting in May, 2024. I know of two rounds of layoffs at this point. I was relieved of my position during a Zoom call.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
