      Lack of structure with continued growth, managerial structure does not always make sense creating lack of mentorship, tools for learning not the best, projects not always the sexiest, mundane work

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
