      Pros

      Salary is good, especially for starting and WFH is always nice.

      Cons

      -minimal to no training. You’re just expected to know how it all works even if you’re brand new to the job/industry. -Will place you in departments with specializations that you’ve never done before and be upset you don’t know what’s happening. -understaffed teams, leading to staff not having seniors to help teach and then managers/SM upset they have to answer questions.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
