      - Tend to think beyond and more - Pay above average - Partners are willing to give guidance

      Cons

      - Managers are political - Manager's might be less knowledgable - Seniors required to find the solutions and suggest to the managers but not managers the one giving guidance. - Limitation to the industry exposure as the firm had issue with retaining clients. - Not even considered to be a mid tier firm with the current portfolio

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
