(1) Crown “not a” benefit - Bonus system is based off metrics out of ur control, most of which ur not going to get. (2) Crown “not a” benefit - “paid holidays” aren’t paid holidays. U get nada unless u work. U get 1.5x, but that day isn’t counted as “time worked” it then takes an extra day to get into ot which means it’s not 1.5x the pay. It’s no different than working a day of overtime. The only benefit is if a “paid holiday” falls on an ot day. (3) Untrained production workers. No real operators which means lots of maint calls for things production should be able to do. (4) Lots of PM’s. (5) Shift dif doesn’t get figured into ot rate.
